About the Doberman
Inspiration for this chair comes from my affinity for Sam Maloof’s work. It’s present in the design of the Rotating Dovetail, the seat and other elements in the chair design. The dovetails connecting the arms to the back is inspired by the work of Kobeomsuk Furniture and his Hanok Eaves chair.
Purchasing Details
These chairs are made to order. Please inquire about wait time and wood species. A 50% deposit that is non-refundable is required to place your order. The balance, plus shipping, is due upon completion of the order.
Shipping costs are assumed by the purchaser. I work with a local white glove freight company and will provide estimates upon request. Local pickup is also available.
Each chair may differ slightly in color and consistency.
